The client is a big Japanese pharma company, and one of the global pharma leaders who aims for future medical innovations, grows in therapeutical variation, brings new products to the market, and continues with its own production.

One of the European branches of the client has reached out with the need to upgrade its CRM system and obtain a strong Mobile solution that would be able to unify all the processes and enhance the company’s work. The main requests the client had were:
- Reducing costs for printed materials, and developing e-material storage
- Manual visit planning and reporting, no unified targeting and customer prioritization, no CLM approach, challenging reporting, no events management tool
- Single source of data for promo strategy development. Need for the unified and transparent med reps’ performance control. No tool to control pharmacies’ contracts
