The client on this project is a big USA-based producer of hard-surface flooring and materials. With 2,000+ employees, the retailer offers several brands sold all over the USA. Having many representatives, the client needed a high-quality data collection and analysis solution to keep its business growing.
As the client didn’t have a centralized data collection and analysis and data collection system, the work with reports was challenging, and the navigation between data was a hard task to complete.
To build a unified access point between systems and easy navigation between apps, the retailer has chosen a SAP solution and reached out to the MD Cloud team to work it out.
Implementing the solution, the client got a customized SAPUI5 application with a convenient various sources, data collection and client info display:
SAP Fiori Launchpad was also installed to create a unified access point between SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SAP BW. The client built standard transactions and customized Web Dynpro reports customization and Launchpad output, and implemented SAP as an integrated tool to navigate between applications.
